Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Hitinerary are digital downloads (PDF files). Once payment is confirmed, the itinerary is immediately available in your account. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we follow a no-refund policy as standard.

This is in line with standard practice for digital goods and consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable to digital products in India.

2. When We Will Refund You

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  Broken or corrupted file — if the PDF you downloaded is unreadable, corrupted or incomplete, email us within 7 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file or issue a full refund.

  Wrong product delivered — if you received a different itinerary than what you ordered, we will send the correct file immediately or refund you in full.

  Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount immediately.

3. When We Will Not Refund

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You bought the wrong itinerary by mistake (please check the destination before purchasing)
• The trip did not go as planned for reasons unrelated to our content
• Prices, hotels or transport mentioned in the itinerary have changed since purchase (travel information changes over time)
• You no longer need the itinerary
• More than 7 days have passed since purchase (unless there is a technical issue)

4. Cancellations

Since itineraries are delivered instantly at the time of purchase, there is no cancellation window. Please review the itinerary description carefully before completing payment.

If you have not yet downloaded the file and contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@hitinerary.com with:

• Your order number (found in your account under My Purchases)
• The name of the itinerary
• A brief description of the issue
• A screenshot or description of the problem if the file is broken

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of our confirmation email. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account.
