1. About Us

Hitinerary ("we", "us", "our") is a digital travel content platform that creates and sells human-made travel itineraries for destinations across India. Our products are downloadable PDF guides — not booking services, not travel agencies.

By purchasing from or using hitinerary.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products

All itineraries sold on Hitinerary are digital PDF documents. They are research-based guides written by humans — not generated by AI. Each itinerary covers day-by-day plans, accommodation suggestions, transport tips, local food recommendations and cost estimates.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice, but your purchase is locked at the price you paid.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase an itinerary, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to:

• Download and save the PDF to your devices
• Print one copy for your personal use on a trip
• Share the PDF with people travelling with you on that specific trip

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the PDF publicly
• Upload it to any website, blog, social media or file-sharing platform
• Use the content to create derivative products for sale
• Claim the content as your own work

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to purchase and access your itineraries. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Hitinerary.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.

6. Delivery

Your purchased itineraries are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Access is through your account page at hitinerary.com/account/purchases. There is no expiry on your purchases — they remain accessible as long as your account exists.

7. Accuracy of Information

Our itineraries are created based on research and local knowledge at the time of writing. Travel conditions change — prices, routes, timings and availability of places may differ by the time you travel. We recommend verifying key details (hotel availability, entry fees, transport bookings) before your trip.

Hitinerary is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or expense arising from outdated or inaccurate information in the guides.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Hitinerary's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including missed travel connections, personal injury, property damage or any expenses incurred during a trip.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on hitinerary.com — including itinerary text, images, maps, design and the Hitinerary brand — is owned by us and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
