We've built direct relationships with hotels, guesthouses, transport operators, and local guides across India. Not as a platform, but as repeat bookers they trust. We get their rates and pass them straight to you.

The process
From purchase to your first hotel confirmation: usually under 48 hours.

Purchase the Sorted package. Our team gets notified immediately and will reach out to you within 2 hours to collect your requirements.

We collect your itinerary, travel dates, number of travellers, budget range for stays and transport, and any preferences: accommodation type, diet, mobility needs, anything relevant.

Within 24–48 hours we send you a complete, stop-by-stop booking plan with our recommended options and prices. You review, ask questions, suggest changes. We only confirm once you approve.

Once you approve the plan, we confirm all bookings and send you every confirmation. On travel day, you just show up. We're on WhatsApp 24×7 if anything needs sorting on the road.

Do you charge any commission from hotels or transport?
No. Zero commission. We charge a flat service fee to you and take nothing from the properties or operators. This is how we can pass the travel-agent discount on to you directly.
How much can I actually save?
Typically 5–15% on hotels and transport compared to public booking rates. The exact saving depends on the properties, season, and how far in advance we book. We'll always show you both prices so you can see the difference.
How are you able to offer agent rates?
We've built relationships with hotels, guesthouses, and transport operators across India over several years. We book regularly with them and they extend us their trade rates, which we pass directly to you.
What happens after I buy?
Our team will contact you within 2 hours on the email you used at checkout. We'll ask for your itinerary, travel dates, traveller count, and preferences. From there we take it forward.
Do I pay the hotels separately?
Yes, you pay the properties directly at agent rates (we'll tell you exactly how). Our service fee is a one-time charge that covers all the research, coordination, and booking work.
Can I cancel or change bookings after they're confirmed?
We always book with free cancellation where possible. If something needs to change, contact us and we'll handle it. We'll always tell you the cancellation policy before confirming any booking.
Do I need a Hitinerary itinerary to use Sorted?
No. Sorted works with any itinerary: ours or your own. If you already know where you're going, we can handle all the bookings regardless of how you planned the route.
